Ballistic fabrics are layered and precision-cut for optimal protection and flexibility.
Stitching & Assembly
Panels are stitched and assembled with industrial machines for maximum durability.
Sealing & Testing
Each panel is sealed in TPU and internally tested for waterproof performance.
Final Inspection & Delivery
After passing all quality checks, products are labeled, documented, and shipped securely.

The materials we use
Honeywell (Solstice) advanced materials
In our SB-001 panels, we use high-quality materials from Honeywell Advanced Materials, known under the Solstice line.
We utilize the latest and thinnest material available, offering exceptional performance and comfort.
Rivertex TPU materials
Each panel is ultrasonically sealed in a TPU package, using materials sourced from the certified Dutch supplier Rivertex.
This protective layer ensures the ballistic package is 100% waterproof and fully protected from sweat, dust, and other contaminants, allowing us to confidently offer a 7-year warranty on every panel.
