DBA SB-001™ SOFT ARMOR PANELEN
Onze ultradunne SB-001 soft armor panelen, ontworpen voor discrete integratie met betrouwbare bescherming tegen kogels, steken en naalden, geproduceerd in Nederland.
BULLET-, STAB-, AND NEEDLE-RESISTANT
A 3-in-1 bullet-, stab-, and needle-resistant panel is advanced body armor designed to defend against multiple threats in a single system.
The DBA SB-001™ panel is built around this concept, featuring an ultra-thin 5 mm design that is flexible and easy to conceal under regular clothing.
Both the ballistic and needle tests have been officially conducted at the independent TNO laboratory in the Netherlands, a leading defense testing institute, resulting in an official VPAM Statement of Compliance certification.
In addition, the stab resistance was tested according to NIJ 0115.00 standards at E2 level using both the S1 blade and P1A blade, performed by the accredited US laboratory Element.
The DBA SB-001™ has been tested to VPAM Level 3, providing protection against handgun threats such as 9×19 mm rounds like the DM41.

In addition to its ballistic capabilities, the DBA SB-001™ has been tested according to NIJ 0115.00 (E2), providing stab protection up to 35 joules (S1) and 25 joules (P1).

MATERIALS
Honeywell (Solstice) advanced materials
In onze SB-001 panelen maken wij gebruik van hoogwaardige materialen van Honeywell Advanced Materials, bekend onder de Solstice-lijn. Wij gebruiken het nieuwste en dunste beschikbare materiaal, wat zorgt voor uitzonderlijke prestaties en optimaal comfort.
Rivertex TPU materials
Elk paneel wordt ultrasoon geseald in een TPU-verpakking, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van materialen afkomstig van de gecertificeerde Nederlandse leverancier Rivertex.
Deze beschermlaag zorgt ervoor dat het ballistische pakket 100% waterdicht is en volledig beschermd blijft tegen zweet, stof en andere verontreinigingen, waardoor wij met vertrouwen 7 jaar garantie op ieder paneel kunnen bieden.
ULTRASONIC SEALING
Bij Dutch Body Armor zijn onze soft armor panelen voorzien van een TPU-cover en ultrasoon geseald, waardoor ze volledig waterbestendig zijn en vocht en zweet geen invloed hebben op de prestaties.
Hierdoor kunnen wij 7 jaar garantie bieden, 2 jaar langer dan de standaard, om langdurige bescherming te garanderen.
