Made from the high performance fibre and laminate system developed for our flagship SB 001, these panels deliver the same certified protective capability in a compact, versatile form.

They are engineered to stop ballistic threats, delay or defeat edged attacks and resist puncture from needles while remaining thin and flexible enough for everyday use.

Use them covertly or openly: slip a panel into a backpack, slide one into a laptop sleeve or messenger bag, tuck it into a jacket lining or tech case. They are perfect for added protection on the go.

Panels come in several standard sizes and we also produce bespoke dimensions on request to fit your bag, sleeve or device precisely. Contact us to choose the right size and configuration for your needs.

Certifications

Both the ballistic and needle tests have been officially conducted at the independent TNO laboratory in the Netherlands, a leading defense testing institute, resulting in an official VPAM Statement of Compliance certification.

In addition, the stab resistance was tested according to NIJ 0115.00 standards at E2 level using both the S1 blade and P1A blade, performed by the accredited US laboratory Element.

Materials

Honeywell (Solstice) advanced materials

In our SB-001 panels, we use high-quality materials from Honeywell Advanced Materials, known under the Solstice line.

We utilize the latest and thinnest material available, offering exceptional performance and comfort.

Rivertex TPU materials

Each panel is ultrasonically sealed in a TPU package, using materials sourced from the certified Dutch supplier Rivertex.

This protective layer ensures the ballistic package is 100% waterproof and fully protected from sweat, dust, and other contaminants, allowing us to confidently offer a 7-year warranty on every panel.

Outlast® temperature-regulating technology.

Which protection level is right for me?

The right protection level depends on the type of threat you expect. Body armor is certified according to international standards likeVPAM(Vereinigung der Prüfstellen für Angriffshemmende Materialien und Konstruktionen)or theNIJ(National Institute of Justice), which define the ammunition and impact energy a vest can stop. How do I know which size fits me?

Each vest is designed to provide a close and secure fit without restricting movement. To find your correct size, measure your chest and shoulders at their widest points and compare them with our size chart.

Your vest should cover your vital organs on the front, back, and sides while allowing you to breathe and move comfortably. If you’re between sizes or unsure, choose the larger size for better coverage, or contact us for personal fitting advice.
