Dutch Body Armor was founded to help raise the standard of ballistic protection developed in the Netherlands.

After years of closely observing and working within the ballistic protection industry, we identified clear opportunities to improve how soft armor systems are designed, built, and delivered. That experience forms the basis of our own product development, focused on performance, comfort, and real-world usability.

Our soft armor panels are developed in-house in the Netherlands using our own selected composition of ballistic fibers. Helmets and hard plates are developed and produced in Europe with carefully selected partners, based on our specifications and performance requirements. This structure allows us to maintain full control over materials, quality, and consistency, while continuously driving innovation.

Our product range began with the SB‑001, our first soft body armor vest designed for professional daily use. From there, we are expanding into advanced helmet systems and hard armor plates. All built around the same principles of protection, reliability, and functional design.

Our mission is to design and manufacture high-quality personal protection systems that combine safety, comfort, and durability.
