WARRANTY

Dutch Body Armor provides a limited warranty on its products. This warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and applies solely to products that have been used under normal and proper conditions.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been subjected to abuse, impact damage, improper or unintended use, inadequate maintenance, unauthorized modifications, repairs, or resale outside authorized channels.

If a product is purchased through an authorized dealer, the same warranty conditions apply.

Dutch Body Armor ballistic panels are covered by a 7-year warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, the panels are guaranteed to be free from material and manufacturing defects when used correctly and as intended.

If a ballistic panel is damaged, it must be removed from service immediately and submitted for inspection.

If it is determined that the damage was not caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors, the panel will be replaced free of charge.

Any damage resulting from abuse, improper use, or insufficient maintenance is not covered and will be at the customer’s expense.

The helmet shell is covered by a 10-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies exclusively to material and manufacturing defects under normal use.

Any modification, impact damage, misuse, or improper maintenance will void the warranty.

All textile components, including carriers, bags, and helmet accessories, are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects under normal use.

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by intensive use, improper care, or misuse are not covered by this warranty.
